Start the Year with a Healthy You

It’s common for many in the Philippines to gain some holiday weight after all the feasting during Christmas and New Year’s. So everyone is trying to start the year right by getting busy in the gym working out to get rid of that excess weight as well as trying to develop an exercise discipline. After all, everyone wants to be healthy, beautiful and live a happy long life.

I’ve always admired the healthy diet of the Japanese. Their food is nutritious and doesn’t contain too much oil, salt and sugar. No wonder they live the longest.
